The Syracuse-based law firm of Gilberti Stinziano Heintz & Smith, P.C., formerly known as Lombardi Devorsetz Stinziano & Smith, P.C., was established in 1966 when Senator Tarky Lombardi, Jr., Sidney Devorsetz, Francis D. Stinziano and Lynn H. Smith joined together in private practice in downtown Syracuse, New York. William J. Gilberti, Jr. and Joshua H. Heintz joined the firm in 1978 and 1982 respectively.
