SYRACUSE, April 25, 2008 — Gilberti Stinziano Heintz & Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce Martin A. Lynn, Esq. has joined the firm as an associate attorney in their Syracuse office. Mr. Lynn focuses his practice primarily on general commercial, complex and environmental litigation, bringing his experience in toxic torts, asbestos litigation, negligence actions, discrimination claims, and product liability actions to the firms substantial litigation practice.

Mr. Lynn has successfully litigated claims throughout New York State and in Federal Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has regularly litigated claims involving premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, discrimination, automotive liability, mass toxic torts, asbestos, commercial criminal violations, contract disputes, intellectual property and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lynn’s practice was primarily focused in New York City. While there, Mr. Lynn gained intensive experience in litigating matters in New York State Supreme Court. He appeared daily in court representing the interests of large retail corporations, as well as other clients, and argued motions at both the state and federal court level, advocated at mediation proceedings, deposed numerous witnesses and conducted trials.
