A founding partner with more than 30 years devoted to the real estate practice, Francis D. Stinziano, Sr. has served as both chief executive officer and chairman of our Real Estate Practice. Mr. Stinziano focuses his practice on corporate law, real estate development, financing and leasing. He is also experienced in the representation of trade associations.

Mr. Stinziano is a former clerk to the minority to the New York State Assembly, and has served as general counsel to numerous statewide trade organizations such as the Independent Insurance Agents of New York. He has counseled insurance agencies in licensing, commission arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stinziano has also represented Beacon Federal, Citizens Bank, First Niagara Bank, Key Bank and M&T Bank. He is a member of the advisory board of the Ticor Title Insurance Company and a former member of the legal section of the American Society of Association Executive. He has given numerous seminars on behalf of several organizations, including the New York state and Onondaga County Bar Associations, on real estate, estate planning and business perpetuation.

In addition to earning his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law, Mr. Stinziano holds a B.S. from LeMoyne College. Mr. Stinziano is admitted to practice in New York.

Mr. Stinziano has been named by Central New York Magazine as one of the best lawyers in Central New York and included in "The New York Areas Best Lawyers." He has, for the past several years, been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.
