Mr. Stinziano focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. He is experienced in complex real estate matters, including like-kind exchanges under the Internal Revenue Code, actions to quiet title under the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, and land use and development.

Mr. Stinziano regularly represents purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real property as well as lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He serves as examining counsel for several title insurance companies. Mr. Stinziano’s practice also includes representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, counseling property owners in real property tax assessment review proceedings and the formation/dissolution of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He is also experienced in estate planning.

Mr. Stinziano is dedicated to expanding his knowledge of business, community affairs and leadership issues. He was recently selected to participate in the Leadership Greater Syracuse program, which selects applicants based on their commitment to leadership and the community. The program works to bring together diverse groups of citizens to work towards transforming the community.
