Joseph P. Bartolotta, Esq. Associate 315-442-0129 jbartolotta@gilbertilaw.com Mr. Bartolotta focuses his practice on corporate and business law. He has a wide range of experience, including the drafting and negotiating of asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, consultant agreements, municipal contracts, commercial leases and easements. Mr. Bartolotta has counseled clients with regard to business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, lien law, foreclosures, environmental law, zoning and land use. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bartolotta worked in the office of New York State Senator Michael Nozzolio in Albany, where he served as Legislative Director. He also served as Clerk of the Crimes Victims, Crimes and Corrections Committee, chaired by the Senator. During law school, Mr. Bartolotta worked with the Michigan State Prosecutor’s Office and with a law office which served as outside insurance defense counsel to a national insurance company. Mr. Bartolotta is committed to being an active member of his local community. His efforts include being a member of the City of Auburn’s Zoning Board of Appeals.
