Mr. Fogel's practice focuses primarily on the areas of environmental and land use law, planning and zoning. His work includes matters involving compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the State Mined Land Reclamation Law, and other federal and state environmental laws and regulations. He also has experience in both federal and state litigation, eminent domain and condemnation matters, and the implementation of New York State's Brownfield Redevelopment and Cleanup Program.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fogel was the principal law clerk to the Honorable Fred H. Kumpf, J.S.C. for the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division.
