Mr. Lynn’s practice encompasses general commercial and complex litigation as well as environmental, administrative and personal injury matters. He prosecutes and defends claims on behalf of commercial and individual clients.

Mr. Lynn has successfully litigated claims throughout New York State and in Federal Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His broad experience includes litigation involving contract disputes, intellectual property and commercial matters, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, discrimination, automotive liability, toxic torts, asbestos, commercial criminal violations and insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lynn’s practice was primarily focused in New York City. While there Mr. Lynn gained intensive experience in litigating matters in New York State Supreme Court. He appeared daily in court representing the interests of large corporations, as well as individual clients, and argued motions at both the state and federal court level, advocated at mediation proceedings, deposed numerous witnesses and conducted trials.
