With more than twenty years of experience in business, tax and trusts and estates matters, Mr. Sarofeen represents regional, national and international business clients in a variety of business arrangements and commercial transactions as of counsel to the firm. As chair of the firm's tax and estate planning section from 1995 to 2000, Mr. Sarofeen managed the firm's tax and estate planning and estate and trust practice as well as being involved as tax counsel in individual and business transactions.

Mr. Sarofeen earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. He also graduated Syracuse University School of Management, summa cum laude, with a B.S., where he majored in accounting and minored in finance and economics.

Mr. Sarofeen is a member of the American Bar Association and past member of the Board of Advisors of Syracuse University Tax Institute.
