Mr. Arbon represents large and small businesses in day-to-day activity, contract preparation and negotiation as well as private placement of securities, mergers and acquisitions. In the area of real estate, Mr. Arbon represents buyers, sellers and developers of commercial real estate along with landlords and tenants in commercial leases and leasing matters. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in asset-based and mortgage financings. Mr. Arbon routinely advises issuers and businesses in public financing and economic development matters. Mr. Arbon is general counsel to the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency and the Onondaga County Economic Development Corporation. He is examining counsel for First American Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company. Mr. Arbon understands that successful businesses are informed businesses. That is why he is dedicated to keeping on top of developments in real estate, finance, business and technology.
