Mr. Stanczyk's practice includes business law, real estate and environmental matters. He assists corporate clients in contract negotiations and preparation, business formation, financing matters, and mergers and acquisitions, as well. He represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also assists real estate developers and mining companies with environmental, land use and litigation matters across New York State.

Prior to joining GSH&S, Mr. Stanczyk practiced corporate law in New York City. While attending law school, Mr. Stanczyk clerked for the Honorable Deborah Karalunas of the New York State Supreme Court and was editor of the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary. He also interned at the New York State Attorney General's Office, Investment Protection Bureau in New York City.
