Dr. Majumdar, a registered patent attorney, brings more than 30 years of legal and technical experience to complex patent/intellectual property, international, environmental, energy, regulatory and technology-related legal matters.

Dr. Majumdar deals with all aspects of intellectual property laws. He prepares and prosecutes patents, mostly involving chemical, mechanical and related arts and trademark and copyright applications. He is also involved in patent, trademark and copyright infringement and other litigation issues and considerations. He performs trade secret infringement analysis and intellectual property portfolio valuation.

Additionally, Dr. Majumdar handles complex agreements involving licensing and cross-licensing, technology transfers, joint ventures and employment, nondisclosure and trade secret agreements. Dr. Majumdar prepares assignment agreements and handles their recordation.

Prior to practicing law, Dr. Majumdar worked in several international engineering consulting firms and corporations as engineering manager, international marketing director, technical director and vice president.
