Timothy J. Lambrecht, Esq. Associate 315-442-0175 tlambrecht@gilbertilaw.com Mr. Lambrecht focuses his practice on land-use and environmental litigation. He represents a variety of clients - including municipalities, small and large corporations, and developers - on a number of environmental and land use matters in both State and Federal courts, including cost recovery actions under CERCLA and New York's Navigation Law. Mr. Lambrecht also represents clients in eminent domain matters. Aside from litigation, Mr. Lambrecht counsels clients on permitting and site cleanup matters. He is experienced in regulatory compliance and provides clients guidance on complying with State and Federal regulations. Mr. Lambrecht has also assisted clients with drafting environmental compliance employee manuals. He is a member of the firm's team that assists Onondaga County with respect to environmental issues related to the cleanup on Onondaga Lake, which is a federal Superfund site. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lambrecht was confidential law clerk to the Hon. Daniel Scanlon, Jr. and senior confidential law clerk to the Hon. Howard G. Munson, both federal judges in the Northern District of New York. Mr. Lambrecht has a Master’s degree in English and is an avid reader in a variety of subjects. He enjoys putting his knowledge to use helping clients resolve challenging and multifaceted legal issues, which often require both a practical and an innovative approach to the law.
