Timothy J. Lambrecht, Esq. Senior Counsel 315-442-0175 tlambrecht@gilbertilaw.com Mr. Lambrecht works on land use and environmental litigation and is a member of GSH&S's eminent domain practice group. As environmental counsel, he represents clients in a variety of environmental and land use matters in both State and Federal courts, including cost recovery actions under CERCLA and New York's Oil Spill Act. As counsel to both private property owners and government agencies across the State, he and his colleagues represent clients in connection with acquisitions for public projects under New York's Eminent Domain Procedure Law. Mr. Lambrecht is also a member of GSH&S's commercial litigation group. Aside from litigation, Mr. Lambrecht counsels clients on environmental issues, such as State and Federal regulatory compliance, permitting and site cleanup issues. He consults with clients on the environmental aspects of site acquisitions, including conducting environmental due diligence prior to purchase and limiting environmental liabilities after purchase. Mr. Lambrecht also often acts as local counsel in matters pending in the Northern District of New York, including intellectual property matters. His experience in Federal court dates back to his days prior to joining the firm, when he was confidential law clerk to the Hon. Daniel Scanlon, Jr. and senior confidential law clerk to the Hon. Howard G. Munson, both federal judges in the Northern District of New York.
