We also work with property owners on solid and hazardous waste clean-up, obtaining the appropriate agency oversight, hiring and managing contractors to carry-out the clean-up, and handling any possible cost recovery actions.

In addition, our firm has a distinguished record representing private and public entities with respect to solid waste management matters.  As local counsel to a solid waste hauler who wanted to cross state lines and take advantage of lower tipping fees, we prepared a case that was recently elevated to the U.S. Supreme Court.
