Gilberti Stinziano Heintz & Smith, P.C. has extensive experience representing project sponsors and working with project consultants and federal agencies, including the Army Corp of Engineers and the EPA, regarding enforcement actions, permitting, wetlands delineation and wetlands mitigation on federally mapped wetland areas. We also have experience working with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation on issues involving DEC mapped wetlands. We help clients manage and expedite the federal and state permitting process, ensure compliance with all applicable statues and regulations, and obtain the regulatory approvals necessary for important projects.
