Biography

Samantha is a litigator handling asbestos claims and commercial automobile litigation. She conducts legal research on complex insurance matters and has drafted memoranda for both. She practices before state and federal courts. Samantha conducts depositions as well as legal research and critical analyses in independent internal insurance investigations and insurance regulatory matters for insurance carriers and intermediaries.
