Biography

Cassandra primarily concentrates her practice on real estate, representing companies, lenders, individuals, and municipal clients in matters involving financing, restructuring, easements, sales, acquisitions, and leases.

Experience

Representative Experience

  • Represented both purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and sales, including the disposition of title issues and easement rights.
  • Extensive easement experience assisting landowners, municipalities, and land trusts.
  • Represented multiple lenders in commercial loan transactions involving various business and property types.
  • Assisted on a complex commercial foreclosure involving numerous title issues, a title claim, and the eventual sale of the property.
